Introduction
Hello! We are Scott and Kathleen Kirby. The
Faces Behind Daddy's Kennel
In 1983, we bought (over Scott's objections) "Brandy". It quickly became
obvious that Brandy preferred Scott, so her name became Daddy's Nonalcoholic
Brandy.
We were convinced that our pet met show standards, so we took her to a show
- and the bug bit us.
We never finished Brandy, but she encouraged us to go on.
We were able to get Rebert's Pippen and Evergreen's Chocolate Velvet. We
finished both of them, and the bug was firmly set.
We started breeding, and moved to Mississippi. Our kennel has grown, along
with the family.
We share our hobby with our daughters,
Katrina, Kristy, Kassie, Kaela, Kelcey, and Kaitlin.
We have moved, and are now located in Elgin,
TX.
